Problem with userfile in /var/cpanel/users/

Hi Support Team,

We are experiencing problem with /var/cpanel/users/<userfile> in all our servers with Cpanel installed so that the account will not be prwesent in /etc/userdomains and /etc/trueuserdomains . When executing /scripts/updateuserdomains it shows that
/var/cpanel/users/<userfile> is missing the DNS= entry. Please let us know why this keeps happening.

If you want a response from cPanel you'll have to go through the support options of either creating a bugzilla entry if you can recreate the problem, or logging a ticket with cPanel through your cPanel license provider.
