    Hello,

I have been having trouble accessing my Webmail and have tried a number of remedies with no success, so I am seeking help here.

At my office, my Webmail will not load and will simply say that the server is taking too long to respond. A couple of days later, the same thing began happening at my home. Obviously, both locations have different wireless connections. The only place I can access my Webmail is though my iPhone with the Wi-Fi turned off. Also, my Webmail can be accessed on any other wireless connection besides the signals at my office and home. I am very perplexed as to why this began happening at my house after happening at my office.

    Can anyone offer any advice?
    Thanks!

you need to review your ip in the firewall, and then, fix the perms of email at 750 ( chmod -R 750 /home/<youusername>/mail/yourdomain/youremail )

Thank you for your reply. However, I am not sure what you are talking about. Can you explain a bit further?

    Thanks again.

What OS are you using on your desktop PCs? We have seen recently some viruses that attacks WindowsXP and only Winsock reset solves problem with access to the Webmail/CPanel. I don't know if this is related to Cpanel itself.

I am using XP, but this only occurs on my Internet connection at work and at home. I am able to access my webmail everywhere else though.

Two different pc's and a Mac. All used on both connections with the same result.
