Problem with welcome Email

    When i create an account, the email that the customer gets does not show nameserver2.. It shows both nameservers fine on the manual account creation page in whm. Below is what the email looks like. I have tried assigned my IP Addresses.. All the DNS is setup as far as i think. Any ideas on how i can fix this?

    The user does not get an email, only the server admin.

    Yes, whatever email address you have loaded in the basic setup.

    Now I undertstand.

    I could do a pre-loaded email with just the the info like nameservers, username, etc and a welcome message and then forward it onto them.. Thanks for your help. This thread can now be closed.
