Looking at all cpanel's configuration, I didn't find anything regarding the /wiki/ redirection to /cgi-bin/moin.cgi. Since ScriptAlias is not allowed in .htaccess, I'll need to use some mod_rewrite rules to hide the cgi-bin urls as /cgi-bin.

It appears that in some server configuration there's a redirection that when one accesses /wiki/, it transparently redirects to /cgi-bin/moin.cgi. In order to use the mod_rewrite rules, I'll need to cut this configuration out, so /wiki/ will be not functional (404 error) instead of the MoinMoin wiki.

I'm with this problem for about one month..
