Could you please check the post below to see if the solution within helps?
cPAddon "You must specify an installation directory"

Otherwise, you're account may be at or near the disk quota. Checking your cPanel Access Level, I see you're a website owner. You may need to reach out to your host if your disk quota is an issue.
