    Me es imposible entrar a cPanel. Una vez que inicia sesión, me aparece lo siguiente:

    A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.

    Template::Exception:
    [TYPE]=[file]
    [INFO]=[libraries/cjt2/cjt2_header_include.tt: not found]

    at cpanel.pl line 1240.

    cpanel::cpanel::script("cpanel::cpanel", "./frontend/paper_lantern/index.html") called at cpanel.pl line 306

    Si intento entrar a WHM, me aparece la pantalla de siempre:

    Feature Showcase
    cPanel & WHM has added new features in this upgrade. These features show their current setting. Select “Enable” next to the feature you want to begin using, then click “Save Settings” at the bottom of the screen to save your selections.

    con las opciones:
    Exit to WHM | Save Settings

    Siempre le he dado en "Exit to WHM" pero esta ocasión no sucede nada. Intentando en "Save Settings" solo recarga la página.

    ¿qué puedo hacer?
    Gracias por la ayuda

    Hello,

    You won't be able to update to cPanel version 62 or newer until you upgrade your version of MySQL to 5.5 or newer via "WHM >> Software >> MySQL/MariaDB Upgrade". Since cPanel/WHM are not loading, you can first try to get it working by modifying the following file:

    Code:
    /etc/cpupdate.conf
    Change the "CPANEL=" value in this file to:

    Code:
    CPANEL=60.0.39
    Then, try forcing an update again via:

    Code:
    /scripts/upcp --force
    Thank you.

    Translation:

    Hola,

    No podrá actualizar a cPanel versión 62 o posterior hasta que actualice su versión de MySQL a 5.5 o más reciente a través de "WHM >> Software >> MySQL / MariaDB Upgrade". Puesto que cPanel / WHM no se están cargando, primero puede intentar que funcione modificando el siguiente archivo:

    Code:
    /etc/cpupdate.conf
    Cambie el valor "CPANEL =" en este archivo a:

    Code:
    CPANEL=60.0.39
    A continuación, intente forzar una actualización de nuevo mediante:

    Code:
    /scripts/upcp --force
    Gracias.

    Muchas gracias.
    Ahora ya puedo entrar a cPANEL Y WHM y podré actualizar MySQL.
    Una duda más. Una vez que actualice a la versión más actual de MySQL, ¿Debo de editar nuevamente el archivo "cpupdate.conf" con los datos originales? ¿O este archivo automáticamente cambiará el valor "CPANEL=60.0.39" al original?

    I'm happy to see that helped. You should browse to "WHM >> Update Preferences" to switch to the build tier of your preference after you upgrade to MySQL 5.5.

    Thank you.
