Problema FTP

Hola, en una nueva instalación de Cpanel, me daba el siguiente error:

Ahora al querer conectarme con una de mis cuentas creadas desde WHM, por filezilla, no conecta, se queda en:

Y no conecta, no veo el directorio.

¿ Me pueden ayudar, que puede ser este problema ? Tengo Dedicated Server con licencia Cpanel. Si necesitan más información se la proporciono sin problemas.
