Hola a todos, soy nuevo en este foro, manejo algunos sitios como revendedor actualmente estoy con tres proveedores de servicio, sin embargo, tengo un problema que no me ha resuelto el proveedor donde tengo alojado unos dominios, me refiero a que no puedo enviar correos a través de webmail, me comenta el proveedor que ha sido bloqueado por google muestra el siguiente comentario al enviar correos:

El problema lo tengo en esta cuenta sin embargo, me ha afectado a todas las cuentas que tengo con este proveedor

El problema que está experimentando se debe a una mala reputación de IP, ya sea que su cuenta o alguien más en el servidor compartido que comparte su dirección IP haya estado enviando correo no deseado. Esto no es algo con lo que podríamos brindar asistencia. Esto es algo que su proveedor debe abordar. No hay una forma de resolver esto sin utilizar una dirección IP que no esté bloqueada o antes de desbloquearla, que no es algo que usted como revendedor podría hacer.

The issue you're experiencing is due to poor IP reputation either your account or someone else on the shared server who shares your IP address has been sending spam email. This isn't something that we'd be able to provide assistance with this is something that your provider needs to address. There isn't a way to resolve this without using an IP address that isn't blocked or before unblocking this one which isn't something you as a reseller would be able to do.
