Problemas con los correos

Hola feliz día para todos, el dia de hoy estoy teniendo problemas con los correos

todos los correos que envió desde las cuentas corporativos del Cpanel llegan con ese signo de interrogación como si no estuviera bien configurado.

Hola muy buenas, tengo el mismo problema al momento de visualizar los correos llegan con un signo de interrogación (?) como foto de perfil. Efectivamente es un problema de autenticación. Pero al momento de buscar el DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) y el SPF no aparecen por ningún lado en el cPanel, estuve buscando la opción " Email Deliverability" y no aparece en el menu. Adjunto una imagen demostrativa. Espero que puedan ayudarme Gracias.

Gracias por esa informacion. Espero que tenga el icono que es un sobre con una llave, pero está en lo correcto, eso no aparece en la página.

Si no tiene acceso de root al servidor, es posible que su proveedor de alojamiento haya restringido esta función, por lo que es posible que deba comunicarse con ellos para configurarla correctamente.

Thanks for that information. I would expect you to have the icon that is an envelope with a key in it, but you are correct - that does not show up on the page.

If you do not have root access to the server it is possible your hosting provider has restricted this feature, so you may need to contact them in order to get that properly configured.
