Problems accessing WHM/CPANEL

My pc will not load the login screen when i go to mydomain.com/cpanel or /whm either or. Another pc will do it fine.

I have been trying to get the actual address to see if that would work, anyone know what it is its something like domainname.com:port#/something/frontpage.htm

Anyone know what that link is?

The cpanel runs on port 2082 and WHM on port 2086 so the URLs will be:

cPanel: http://www.domain.com:2082

WHM: http://www.domain.com:2086
