problems adding new account

When I go to create a new account with a specific domain (this only seems to be affecting one domain) let's say domain.com, I enter all the info and hit create and it immediately goes to a blank page (within the WHM layout). If I try to add any other domain it works fine, so I added another domain, went to try renaming it to the domain I'm trying to add (domain.com) and it again immediately goes to a blank page within the WHM layout, no errors, no confirmations, nothing. And it doesn't actually add the account. All other info on the account create page is the same except the domain name and it's doing this. I tried updating to the latest RELEASE from STABLE 8.5.4 and I still have this problem. Any ideas would be appreciated.

look in your httpd.conf to see if it is there and if so delete the entries then try to re-create the domain again in WHM.

there is no instance of the domain in any httpd.conf on the system (which one should I specifically be looking in anyway?)

Still dunno what to do to fix this, I need to get this domain added.

scratch that, I was originally doing this from work but now that I'm home I tried it and it worked, no clue why
