Problems after 11.36 update

Hi

Cpanel tried an auto update on my vrtual server and since, I have no access to WHM and Cpanel

I received and email with these logs

Please help !

Still cannot access cpanel and WHM
This last update caused different prblems on all my VPS !!
I used to see this on plesk not on cpanel !!

We cannot help you if you won't let us look at the problem. We don't have enough information to provide a fix beyond following the steps in the output: http://go.cpanel.net/rpmcheckfailed .

You can submit a support ticket without providing cPanel the password as we do have the option to use ssh keys instead.

I have just opened this ticket : 3863087
As you know, I have no access to WHM to add ssh key and when I use this command line
/root/.ssh/authorized_keys
I get : No such file or directory
