problems after changing a virtual site's domain

Hi,

Just a note - not a complaint.

I changed an account's domain through WHM After waiting forever for the modification to return, he server basically shut down. Unable to log in, http not functional, icecast (and other mp3-type servers) stopped. After rebooting everything seemed ok. I don't know whether this was a unique event, or applies to anyone.

If I had rebooted right away, we wouldn't have been down for an hour.

Bottom line, if you change a domain and WHM hangs, reboot.

REDHAT Enterprise 5.6 x86_64
Actually Centos 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5

I think it's current.
