Check /var/log/exim_mainlog for the incoming message to see if it is actually making it to the server and if it is what exim is doing with the message once it's received.

    I can see this:

    2007-11-18 04:02:07 pid 4502: SIGHUP received: re-exec daemon
    2007-11-18 01:02:07 pid 4253: SIGHUP received: re-exec daemon
    2007-11-18 04:02:07 exim 4.68 daemon started: pid=4253, -q1h, not listening for$

What can be happening? I already had cpanel 11 on server before I move my accounts... do I have to convert too?

I recommend running /scripts/convert2maildir again and choose option 3. This will complete the conversion if any accounts have not been converted. When this finished, be sure to check the log displayed when the conversion runs to be sure no errors occurred.
