Ever since upgrading to RH 9 squirrelmail and horde have stopped working

Squirrel mail is giving me this error:-

ERROR : Could not complete request.
    Query: CREATE "INBOX.Sent"
Reason Given: CREATE failed: Cant create mailbox node /home/cars2/INBOX.Sent: Permission denied

That is from one of the users first attempt to access squirrel mail

Another user who has used squirrel mail in the past gets this error:-

    SquirrelMail version 1.4.0
    By the SquirrelMail Development Team
    ERROR
    Unknown user or password incorrect.
    Go to the login page

Also, people cant access horde. It says their passwords are wrong when they are not, but they can access mail through pop3.

    I tried this:-

    /scripts/upcp
    /scripts/fixeverything
    /scripts/resethorde

But this didnt fix anything. I did notice however When I did /scripts/fixeverything I got this message in part of it...:-

Fixing mailman list urls.....Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/usr/local/cpanel/bin/cp_mailman2", line 47, in ?
    raise SystemExit(main(sys.argv))
File "/usr/local/cpanel/bin/cp_mailman2", line 31, in main
    file=open(/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/lists/ + list + _ + domain + /config.pck,r)
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/lists/_mailman/config.pck

Do you think that could be the problem?

    Also I got this:-

Insecure dependency in system while running with -T switch at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/convertmailman2 line 19.

I also noticed my CPU usage going crazy:-

Im getting 99.9% CPU usage from:-

Pid Owner Priority Cpu % Mem % Command
    28839 mailnull 0 99.9 0.1 /usr/sbin/exim-bd-q60m

If there is trouble, it will find me
    For the inbox problem, try
/scrips/fixmailperm (or maybe it's fixmailperms, I'm not sure)
