What is your full cPanel version number?

Which cPanel theme are you using?

    1. Ensure you are using the latest version of your cPanel branch. Comapre your version number with what is reported at http://layer1.cpanel.net

    2. If you are using a 3rd party theme (e.g. RVskins) ensure it is up-to-date.

    3. If the above do not resolve your issue, please open a support ticket at https://tickets.cpanel.net/submit/

We found that an upcp -force corrected this.
