SOLVED Problems Exist (Reverse DNS)

I have problem when login cPanel > Email Deliverability, i see "Problems Exist (Reverse DNS) "
I contacted my support but they didnt fix it, they said because of cloudflare, so i disabled it but still problem exist how can solve this problem?

Finally they figured the problem was in "server hostname" they applied new hostname and added A record
