Recently couple of websites on my server stopped working. I haven't made any changes to server, so it might be upcp changes.

Pages use links that are example: f=?feedback or f=?whatever
No when clicking these links, page loads but nothing actually changes.

Any idea what might be causing this?

upcp does not mess with apache or php which is what that sounds like. Have you tried to look at the error logs, it might be some sort of a permission error.
