Hello dear members,
I need help with a problem that is giving me a headache.

I have 2 WHM servers,
The primary has port 25 blocked, and the secondary has all ports free.

I have managed to use the secondary server as a mail relay server, but the problem is that the main one sends the mails but does not receive them.

How can I fix it?
I'd appreciate your help.

Hey there! With port 25 blocked, there isn't going to be much you can do to receive emails. While cPanel allows you to change the SMTP port for mail clients like Outlook and Thunderbird to work around this issue, all other mailservers on the internet still expect a connection on port 25 to work.

If your hosting provider can't open the port on the network, you'll need to look into alternatives or use a different system to send mail.

I understand, I just fixed it.
I contacted the data center and requested the activation of the ports just to be able to receive the emails, since now I will use the retransmission with an external server there would be no problem and they have just activated the email ports for me.
