Problems to login all my accounts on my whm i dont know whats the error

    Root Administrator
    login failed in all the accounts on my whm sometimes login fine and sometime login falied

    please tell me whats is the error i think this is after of the updated whm:confused:

    Check in the cPanel error logs /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

    Are you sure you are going to the correct port for WHM?

    The login screens for Cpanel and WHM look the same but are different and do
    not accept the same login names.

    Individual hosted web site accounts should be going to the Cpanel login screen
    while root and resellers should be going to the WHM login screen.
