Problems transferring accounts between servers

I have yet to get cPanel to be able to transfer accounts from a server to another cPanel server using root access. It can only be done by individual account with the account password.

I have tried on three different servers with cPanel (even different versions of cPanel and underlying OS) and yet it still does not work.

I can pull an account listing but when it goes to transfer I all get to:

Attempting to package account...
Timeout ...

etc.

I have tried at different times on the day in case there is routing errors but still no go.

Can anyone help?

I have the same problem.

A minute later I saw the orange light glowing in WHM, /root was almost full.

When I checked the content I saw that the accounts I wanted to move were moved to /root, not /home

I've contacted CPanel about it..
