Problems when transferring accounts using roundcube

When transferring an account using RoundCube, the address-book is not transferred.

Is there any fix for this, like a script to run?

If not, is there any way to do this manually?

Any suggestions would be appreciated since we have a number of clients who use RoundCube and we have transferred their accounts to a new server already ...
