Howdy. We have a number of domains relying on AutoSSL which has been working fine for a while. Recently we made some firewall changes that inadvertently blocked the DCV validation process and so broke the AutoSSL process. We have since corrected the firewall issue but now we have a number of domains stuck on the state of "pending" starting with a request was made on Nov 3, 2019 5:23:01 AM PST.

Running /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check_cpstore_queue --force shows the following for each affected domain (username, domain and orderid changed for privacy):

Setting up for Sectigo’s DCV (Domain Control Validation) for this certificate request …
Polling for “[username]”’s new certificate for “[domain]” (order item ID “[orderid]”) …
The certificate is not available. (processing)

WHM states that certificates from Sectigo are normally ready in two minutes and it has been much longer than that. We have asked our upstream provider to open a ticket with cPanel but is this behaviour expected? Once in this state will the cert ever be processed or are waiting for timeout to occur?

Cheers
