I'm running on FreeBSD 4.9 running the latest stable cPanel 9.2-S29 and only the past two weeks I've been seeing this problem with Count.cgi which causes Kernel panic and server restarts (it happened twice so far exactly the same):

May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: Fatal trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode
    May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: fault virtual address = 0xc
May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: fault code = supervisor read, page not present
    May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: instruction pointer = 0x8:0xc02463ed
    May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: stack pointer = 0x10:0xea6a2d50
    May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: frame pointer = 0x10:0xea6a2d5c
    May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: code segment = base 0x0, limit 0xfffff, type 0x1b
    May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: = DPL 0, pres 1, def32 1, gran 1
    May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: processor eflags = interrupt enabled, resume, IOPL = 0
    May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: current process = 33944 (Count.cgi)
    May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: interrupt mask = net tty
    May 3 16:18:21 /kernel: trap number = 12

Anyone else experience this problem or something similar to it ?

    Thx,

    Tamouh
