Problems with cPanel 11.23

    Does anyone else have problems with this?

    I have auto update activated so i didnt even know there was a new cpanel, but i notice its installed on my server now.
    My server was updated earlier today from what i see on the file modified timestamps.

    A few hours ago twice my httpd.conf was reduced to 0 bytes, i had to restore a backup.
    Then the server rebooted for no reason, and kept rebooting, it would stay up for exactly 3 minutes and then reboot again.
    Eventually i stopped rebooting by quickly logging in and kill a load a processes.
    I think i did killall -9 perl (also httpd and cron) and it stopped.

    Currently making a full backup of the server and will try find out exactly what process it is later.

    Im using freebsd, so i know cpanel dont test this as well as they do linux.
    If you can give me a clue of what cpanel could be doing 3 minutes after server boots it might be helpful.
