Problems with Cpanel

Right ok,
I try to make a domain, in WHM and get this

Sorry, a DNS entry for domain.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

Then I go down to 'Delate a DNS entry' and find this:

What? on earth is going on?

What OS are you running?

I have seen a similar scenario with Fedora Core 5, as it uses a different configuration file instead of /etc/named.conf

This commands as root should fix it:
touch /etc/named.conf
service named restart

Let me know if it works for you.

I just wanted to mention that Fedora Core 6 is not currently supported by us yet, therefore you will run into various issues.
