Problems With Cpsrvd

I was in the middle of updating cpanel in WHM and the update script just crashed after an MD5 Checksum didnt match.

Now I keep getting emails that say

bind failed @ Tue Feb 22 17:47:02 2005. A restart was attempted automagicly.
apache failed @ Tue Feb 22 17:47:02 2005. A restart was attempted automagicly.
cpsrvd failed @ Tue Feb 22 17:47:02 2005. A restart was attempted automagicly.
cppop failed @ Tue Feb 22 17:47:02 2005. A restart was attempted automagicly.

After awhile, all of them go away but the cpsrvd. I can't log into cpanel or even WHM.

I've tried rebooting the system numerous times.

Please help!
