Problems with domains and other questions

I have a few questions to ask.

I have a domain named hosttosucceed.com. Heres how I would like to set it up, i would like it to be my main website and also that it would have ns1.hosttosucceed.com and ns2.hosttosucceed.com.

However I do not know how to set this up in WHM, do i just go to create accounts, I have already done this but when i try going to hosttosucceed.com/cpanel or hosttosucceed.com it just shows up as taking to long to request. In addition to that i have one ip address available on this computer for ns1, that i would like it to be 66.191.78.82, i will soon set up another nameserver on the other computer named ns2.hosttosucceed.com with an ip address of 66.191.78.82.

What should i name the hostname of my server, right now i have it named server.hosttosucceed.com, but im not positive if thats the right way to do it. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

FTP Account Maintenance

When logging into the ftp server please use the username exactly as it appears below. If the username includes "@", make sure to include it when logging in.
Example: Use "[email protected]", not "john".

Here is what i get for FTP account, i did get into the panel of one of my accounts, but ftp.hosttosucceed.com/hosttosucceed.com does not look right to me?

Heres another explaination if you didnt understand my first:

Im having some troubles getting the ftp and apache to work it looks like. Heres how I would like to set up my server, i have hosttosucceed.com with two nameservers ns1.hosttosucceed.com and ns2.hosttosucceed.com, i would like them respectively to correpsond to 66.191.78.82 and 66.191.78.83, however i do not know what to put as the hostname of the WHM server, i set it to server.hosttosucceed.com but im not sure if that is what its suppose to be. When i trying going to hosttosucceed.com or ftping, hosttosucceed.com or ftp.hosttosucceed.com with the account username and password i made, nothing works and the server times out, also i set the resolver.conf file to 127.0.0.1 i already tried using the DNS servers my ISP (Charter Internet) gave me which were 24.159.193.40 and 68.115.71.53 but when i imput those in the resolver.conf wizard the 24.159.193.40 always went to the teritary(optional) server, im not sure whats going on there. I also tried adding a few other domains ( boeckmanbodyshop.com and succeeddesigns.com) Both of these guy's nameservers point to ns1.hosttosucceed.com and ns2.hosttosucceed.com but i cannot bring up a page for either of them or ftp them.
