Problems with exim? how to fix it?

    I install and use vbulletin, but registered members do not receive mail, I checked in on the "Mail Queue Manager" and saw:

    Code:
    There are currently 1 messages in the mail queue.
    1Q9qrW-0003Mo-SO
    support@domain.com 		1015 	9h 	Delete 	Deliver Now
    minhduc.digital@domain.com
    I click on the "Deliver Now", the following error:

    Message 1Q9qrW-0003Mo-SO is locked delivering 1Q9qrW-0003Mo-SO LOG: skip_delivery MAIN Spool file is locked (another process is handling this message) 
    Please help me, how to fix it?

    Check exim_mainlog to see why it isn't delivering:

    exigrep 1Q9qrW-0003Mo-SO /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Also, I would suggest removing your email addresses from your post to avoid any spam bots picking them up.
