problems with forum setup...still not fixed ??

I still get the following error while I try to create xmb forum.
It seems the mysql database created is empty as well as the config.php file created in the forum directory.

Not Found
The requested URL /forum2/install/install.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

please help. what could be the possible reasons ?
