    When I try to create a mailing list I get the following error...

    Traceback (innermost last):
    File &/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/newlist&, line 53, in ?
    from Mailman import mm_cfg
    ImportError: cannot import name mm_cfg
    Traceback (innermost last):
    File &/usr/local/cpanel/bin/cp_mailman&, line 39, in ?
    raise SystemExit(main(sys.argv))
    File &/usr/local/cpanel/bin/cp_mailman&, line 24, in main
    file=open('/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/lists/' + list + '_' + domain + '/config.db','r')
    IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/lists/testlist_mpgamers.co.uk/config.db'

    mm_cfg seems to be missing, any ideas ?

    Also a client gets &Bug in Mailman version &undetermined&& error when trying to edit his list.

    Hello,

    It seems your mailman directory is corrupted. All you have to do is copy the mm_cfg.py and mm_cfg.pyc give them the correct ownership and permissions

    ---

    -rw-r--r-- 1 mailman mailman 7692 Dec 14 2001 mm_cfg.py

    ---

    Usually you would not be able to copy the files into the directory
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/Mailman because it is immuted with attributes.

    run the command:
    chattr -i /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/Mailman

    and then upload the files. They are the same for all the servers. I can see other errors also, like version not identified.

    You can check the script /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/newlist and find out which all files are missing.

    Regards,
