problems with my site

I have a site www.nadercg.com
and I have two problem

1- now I can't login to my site control. it refuse to enter. after many times I asked him to send me the password to my email ,it told me my password has been reset . I open my email I didn't see it any thing from it

2- my counter of my site dosen't work , show me this phrase " counter datafile "

so what are these problem ,and can you help please
