Problems with Outlook

Hello! :)

Recently I receive a cpanel mail account and I configurated it in my Iphone and Outlook. Everything was ok until today, when it stoped receiving the mails. If I check webmail, I can see all my correspondence normally, but in my Outlook or phone it seems something is wrong.
Where should I check for problems? Should I reconfigure my account in both outlook and phone?

I suggest attempting to configure the email account again in your email client or on your phone. Your access level is listed as "Website Owner" so you may also need to contact your web hosting provider for assistance.
