Hello,
A client is trying to use their public_ftp folder but we're having a few problems.
First the client was complaining upon logging in it was asking for a account filed as well as username and password. I don't know as of yet which browser was doing that.
I tried to login by going to the ftp address but no login screen came up. It keeps coming up with the error 412 Unable to set up secure anonymous FTP. I can login using username:[email protected].
I have anonymous login enabled in whm and the client's control panel. I also checked /etc/pure-ftpd.conf and it all looked right. If you have any suggestions on how I can I get a login screen to pop up and get rid of the error message that would be great!
Thanks for the help.
