I tried to edit named.conf to disallow recursion lookup. So added line "recursion no;" in options. And then yes,the recursion lookup was disallowed. But a new message showed on main of Cpanel. It's:
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]Unable to fetch Web Host Manager Security News. The News server may be down or unreachable.
And I couldn't send and receive email.
Anyone experienced this? Please share with me.Thnaks.

Sorry for that,I am a newbie at here.
I have tried that setup. But the problem still exists. The recursion lookup is disallowed but Cpanel still has this message on main:
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]Unable to fetch Web Host Manager Security News. The News server may be down or unreachable.
And mail service has wrong and can't send or receive mail.
My Cpanel version is WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R30
