Problems with site

hi to everyone here,i have i question regarding /www.sabong.net.ph on when i click the said site the cpanel site that appear instead of sabong.net..can anyone explain this to me of what happen to the said site i mention?

/www.sabong.net belongs to a domain drop-catcher.
