Clients logged into their cpanel and ssl/tsl section are trying to create a Certificate Signing Request in order to order a SSl cert. However, the drop down list for "Host" is empty and so they cannot create a CSR? How does this drop down list for Host get populated so clients can create a CSR?

    Hi,

Note the following at the very bottom of the cPanel -> SSL/TLS Manager -> Certificate Signing Requests on Server page:

You must generate an RSA Private Key before generating a CSR.

After you have a Private Key from the 'Generate, view, upload, or delete your private keys.' section you should be able to generate a CSR from the 'Generate, view, or delete SSL certificate signing requests. ' section and the host(s) that have a Private key will be available in the CSR Generator drop-down box.
