When I create a subdomain with cpanel, and try to redirect it, i get a 500 internal error.
The subdomain is created, but i get this error.
    The Error log show this:
    [Sat Jul 31 23:58:47 2004] [alert] [client 200.181.80.104] /usr/home/sunwave/pub
lic_html/abc/.htaccess: Invalid command 'RewriteEngine', perhaps mis-spelled or
defined by a module not included in the server configuration
    Can anyone help me?
    thanks

Looks like you do not have mod_rewrite compiled in apache.
