problems with subdomains

when we add a subdomain isn't working anymore , it doesn't create the db file in /var/named

Are you seeing any error message when you attempt to create a sub domain? More details may be useful.

sadly, no. is creating it successfully , is displayed on the subdomain listing, is made on the domain .db file but it doesn't have a .db for the subdomain like it used to have

I've moved to a different servers and I see some of the errors

panel::DnsUtils::_add_error: Broken dns zone
farm2redi6.XXX.com could not be resolved using dns, using ip in httpd.conf
