Problems with the cPanel store

Does anyone else have problems logging into the cpanel store?

I go here:
https://www.cpanel.net/store

I see this:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /store on this server



It doesn't mater how I try to get there, I have used links from my open ticket, bookmarks, typing the URL directly etc. but am just unable to get in.

I desperatly need to change my registered licence IP.

Working fine here. Did you try to access it from a different browser/machine/IP ?
