Problm With Bandwith meter in cPanel Pro!!!!!

My cPanel didn´t count the real bandwith usage of my site, the server admin explain to my, that is a problem of the cPanel, and they have to repair it.. i ask you if you can check it and repair the problem as soon as possible...

Mi cPanel si CPanel Pro.
Pls.. repair it as soon as possible, because i need know how bandwith i use in the month..

Erm,

I would suggest that you look for a hosting provider that knows what they are talking about, rather than one that tries to blame something else because of their lack of understanding or limitations. cPanel pro has nothing whatsoever to do with bandwidth, that is an add-on product that is unrelated to whatever problem you may have.

If your hosting provider has a problem that they are aware of, they should log it with cPanel directly and not send you here.
