proc_open() in .htaccess

    Hello,

    How can we enable proc_open() function perticularly for one domain

    Can we do it using .htaccess ?

    Pleaes update me if anyone know it.

    passthru
    proc_close
    proc_get_status
    proc_nice
    proc_open
    proc_terminate
    pclose
    set_ini
    popen
    system
    shell_exec
    exec
