Hello
I know this questions has been asked before but I can't seem to find a solid answer to the course to be able to solve my problems.
If you look at the picture attached, I have around 50% of my accounts on the server under the process manager as
/opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/bin/php-cgi
These just hang around for ages and currently running at server with
I understand CPU usage can be from visitors to the website but there are not enough visitors to the server for the websites to cause such high load averages.
These processes seem to get stuck and can hang around for hours causing high loads and the only way I can get rid of them is suspend the account for a short while and reactivate it or restart the server.
Please could someone explain in simple terms what these are and why I seem to get 10-30 accounts running this process at one time and is there a way to configure the server to prevent this happening?
Many thanks.
