Procmail

    I notice WHM installed procmail for me, so I try to use it by placing a .procmail file in my home directory /home/user. But the procmail file is being ignored.

    Can you let me know how you can get procmail to work?

    The user/group on the file need to be owned by the user/group of the account in question, not by root.

    That is probably a good place to start-
    otherwise you'll need to provide more information about how exactly you are attempting to implement this....
