we recently moved to a new server, and now w/cpanel and our old server was w/Cpanel also. We use Proftp on both. On the old server each account had it's own unique IP address assigned and all accounts could FTP into their acconts without the need to use SSH or they could log in with SSH, either way worked fine.

Now on the new server, approx., 75% of the accounts use a shared IP, the remaining have their own unique IP, because they have their own SSL certs assigned to their domains. All if fine, except the domains that use the shared IP address, must now use SSH or FTP over SSH to log into their accounts, the domains that have their own assigned IP can log into their accounts via FTP with no problems with or without utilizing SSH. I've also noticed the accounts that are using the shared IP address can no longer enable Anonymous FTP in their Cpanels now too.

Is this due to the fact that they are using the shared IP address now??
