After the proftpd update last night I have one server that shows the following error messages in the message log:

Aug 14 09:03:41 pontiac proftpd[4399]: pontiac.hosting.com - bindings.c:868: notice: unable to create ipbind '64.94.0.0': Address already in use
    Aug 14 09:03:41 pontiac proftpd[4399]: pontiac.hosting.com - notice: 'ftp.ottopl.com' (64.94.0.0:21) already bound to 'ftp.ottopl.com'

This server has several ftp processes running, causing a high load. I have to stop and start proftpd every 5 minutes.

Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas how to fix it?

It turns out that when cpanel upgraded proftpd it appended the virtual host entries to the end of the proftpd.conf so that each site had 2 or 3 vhost entries. I deleted the proftpd.conf file and re-installed proftpd 1.2.8, it appears to be working properly now.
