proftpd dies

    Proftp is dieing SIG2 (SIGINT) Intermitently. Any ideas?

    This was after trying a pure->proftp

    exim is restarting intermitently as well.

    Compiling. Any tricks I should know.

    ./configure
    ./make
    ./make install

    enough?

    Nope.. not good enough.

    needed --prefix=/usr

    Got it all working (had to add group nogroup)
    Logged in, gave me real root (ie /) not user's dir.

    Ok..

    ./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc

    but I really think I found the error. Annon FTP is clashing with a bunch of IPs..

    Any thoughts?
