cPanel Access Level

We purchased dedicated server yesterday install cpanel and cpanel gave trial. After reboot server stopped working.
We re-installed image and ask provider about license they activated from their panel but due to their billing issue we cancelled the license after 1 day from provider panel.
After that we reinstalled the server again and purchased from cpanel, on order pay its said license expired and not adjusted prorated .

Can we get the refunds for prorated amount as we the situation is above. I tried to contact cpanel support but no replies to ticket.
