Provide Second User Access to Directory

    i'm trying to build a website with someone else does anyone know how they can edit a folder on my cPanel account?

    That appears to be an older version of cPanel. What version is that?

    That's GoDaddy's theme for cPanel. I suppose they might not have the User Manager yet.

    You could use an Addon FTP account for what you need. Create an Addon FTP account and give the second user the login details for it.

    i tried doing it, but it gave me a error message when i tried:"You are not allowed to add more than 0 addon domains. The domain was not setup." Screen Shot 2016-06-21 at 18.14.16.png

    Addon Domains are different than Addon FTP accounts. Both, may be limited by your Hosting Account Package with GoDaddy.
