Hello,
We purchased Cloud Server running on cPanel. It is running great and fast. However, we experience CPU overload recently, every night. It goes to 60 -70 and get stuck completely. It is strange since there are no huge processes, everything seems normal. It also doesn't seem as DDoS attack, we have less than 100 connections altogether, form different IP's, sometimes less than 50 at the time. Server with 2CPU cores and 2GB of RAM should handle it (and it does without problems during the day). And it happens at the time when our websites are almost not visited at all (late night and very early morning).
Then I tried to restart container several times and realized that during these problematic hours it takes 10 - 20 min for container to load. It is not stuck on some particular point, but all together seems to load very slowly. So it seems to me that it is something related to provider?
Is this a proper conclusion? I need some arguments in order to make it through with their epically unprofessional support.
Regards,
Vladimir
